The Rungis market, the largest wholesale food market in the world, is over 50 years old and is cramped. In his speech on 7 May 2021, the Prime Minister confirmed the need to develop food distribution platforms in the north of Ile-de-France. Lafayette is assisting SEMMARIS in the identification of land suitable for the Agoralim project, the future "Marché d'Intrérêt National".
